I like the picture, but I don't have a clue as to where it is.
Personally, I like Belize in Central America or Bonaire in the Carribeans, as they are excellent diving destinations.
The beaches there are not that great, like in Barbados or Turks and Caicos, but as far as diving goes, they rank pretty high.
Unfortunately I don't have my divers cert so I cannot testify for myself - but I have read that the particular archipelago in the Mediterranean has spectacular diving as well!
