Too right, IIQ. So many people insist on parking right in front of the shop, double-, and even triple-parking. This has been going on for decades, but with the increase in cars, it’s worsened. Personally, I park further away. I enjoy the brisk walk to the supermarket, for instance, and it’s easier and quicker getting a spot at the opposite end of the car park. I would rather save time than waste petrol circulating.

Thanks Jack - I've always found it rather amusing how people at the supermarket spend 20 minutes prowling the first 3/4 rows of parks.
I just automatically start at the back of the parking lot now and save the stress and time!
By the time we have finished shopping they are only just parking …!
