DPF blogs that Labour may escape prosecution for their overspending due to the 6 month limit.

What I find particularly despicable is that is Labour itself that has managed to point this out. In other words what I have blogged about before in terms of their knowing exactly what risk / return they were aiming for is probably right. They knew the potential reward, and that they could stall long enough to make the risk and punishment nil.
This starts to make me think that revolutionary France may have had the right idea - pity the lamp posts are taller now...

The Police should remember the contempt they were treated with over the 'Hurry Hurry or I'll miss the Rugby' incident.
Should - but unfortunatly the guys most hurt over that weren't exactly at the Solicitor General level; who has already protected HC's a** on previous matters and I would suggest is unlikely to stop now.
I hate to say it but NZ is becomming desirable only to people with overly high morals, overly low integrity and no desire for justice and certainly no work ethic.
And those that love natural beauty and space enough to take all the cr*p that keeps going on...
Of course it is in Liabour's favour to promote NZ to those of overly low integrity and no desire for justice and certainly no work ethic being the core of their voters - so one can't really blame them for bankrupting the country in that direction can you?
There you go - just as you would expect. There was a case and the Police have decided not to do anything about it.
Why are we not surprised by this:

The interesting thing on re-reading the article is it doesnt actually clear Liabour of the misuse of funds from the Leaders fund - was this a seperate complaint?
